NSTU Provincial Executive Approves $225,000 to Address Workload Intensification | | The Provincial Executive at its December meeting approved an expenditure of $225, 000 to address the issue of Workload Intensification. The NSTU Provincial Executive, Local Presidents and Regional Representative Council (RRC) Chairs will meet January 5, 2006 to begin planning local input for an educational forum that will take place in early February. The NSTU is also surveying school administrators throughout the province in an attempt to understand the broad range of activities, meetings, demands and initiatives that impact on student learning. In the Halifax region, Metro Regional Council is presently surveying its membership as it relates to workload intensification. |
