The duties of the Vice-President of Economic Welfare shall include:
~ Chairing the Local Economic Welfare Committee
~ Representing the Local on the Metro Regional Committee
~ Representing the Local on the Regional Economic Welfare Committee
~ Representing the Local on the Regional Grievance Committee
~ Performing the duties of the President in the President’s absence
~ Being a signing officer for the local 

The duties of the Local Economic Welfare Committee shall include:
a. Providing for cooperation and communication on behalf of the Teachers of the Local
with the Regional Economic Welfare Committee.
b. Providing for cooperation and communication on behalf of the Teachers
of the Local with the Provincial Economic Welfare Committee
